  • Hi, my name is Ellen, I’m 27 and an ex primary school teacher from the South West of England. In July 2021, I took the leap to leave my full time teaching job and set off on a one way ticket to travel the world. I explored Australia, parts of SE Asia and America and completely fell in love with travel. After an incredible year and a half I returned home and went back into teaching - but it didn’t feel right, I felt more lost than ever! The thought of giving up that travel lifestyle, returning to a job I no longer loved, and being restricted to school holidays felt like a trap. Whilst everyone told me to settle down, I was determined to turn my ‘adult gap year’ into my everyday life. I wanted to find a way to make an income whilst living the freedom filled lifestyle I craved. That’s when I found this opportunity on social media and I jumped in with open arms. I knew I had absolutely nothing to lose and a lot to gain. Fast forward 2 years and now I earn a 6 figure income from my phone, lead a team of over 900 travel lovers and have built a business that allows me to live a life I could have only dreamed of. However, what means the most to me is the community. Some of my best friends have come from this journey, and we’ve shared unforgettable experiences together. I’m so passionate about helping others create a life they’re excited to wake up to and proving that there really is more to life than the 9-to-5.

  • Hey everyone, I’m Louise, 28, from Cambridgeshire. I was a hairdresser for 10 years but fell out of love with the industry, my mind was always on travel & what I could do next. For years my partner & I would save, go backpacking around the world & of course the money pot would run out so we returned back to the UK to save again & repeat the cycle. I go to sleep every night excited to wake up in the morning to work on my business, you may not have found what you are looking for yet but take it from me, trust the process 💫✨

  • I’m Ell, 28 times round the sun. I’ve always been a passionate about everything kind of girl, and there have only ever been 2 things I’m certain I want out of life – FREEDOM & TRAVEL. I believe there’s so much more to life than the version we’ve been conditioned to accept. We’ve been programmed to follow a system that encourages us to settle – rarely stopping to question our deeper purpose during our short time on this planet. I know my purpose isn’t to spend 50+ hours a week stuck in a job that drains me and makes me miserable. I’ve worked corporate for 12 years of my life, my longest chapter as Cabin Crew for 8 years. Whilst I’m grateful for the opportunities the job came with, there was no getting away from how badly the ‘rat race’ affected my mental health. Every day (no exaggeration) for 12 years, I have dreamt about working online. You name it, I’ve explored it. In July 2024 my life changed forever. The opportunity I’d be dreaming of unfolded in front of me and it was everything I could have ever dreamt of and more. Earning online – and earning from TRAVEL. I took a risk on myself, I had NOTHING to lose. Fast forward 9 months I’m now earning more from my phone than I did in my previous full time role, I lead a team of over 110, I’m surrounded by other like minded passionate people who have become my best friends, and now live the life I have always envisioned for myself. I’ve dreamt about being able to live like this for way too long, and if you’re dreaming of the same I would love to help you. 🦋 Stepping outside of your comfort zone can be scary, but what’s scarier is staying exactly where you are for the rest of your life.   • Hi I’m Laura and I live in the Devonshire countryside in a pink cottage 🌸🌱 I am a wildlife and countryside lover with a hugeeee passion for travelling… especially when I get to see new wildlife!

    When I started this business I was a full time Ecologist… and if you know anyone in the wildlife sector you’ll know that means very long antisocial hours and low pay. I started this business in September 2023 basically as a way to bring in some extra money each month and then be able to afford to travel more. It wasn’t easy fitting it around my crazy job but I built it up in pockets of time I had. I quickly became obsessed with this business and the community so I went all in 💫

    18 months later this business became my full time income and I left my job in October 2025 to work for myself full time which is honestly a dream. I can now combine my passion of travel and wildlife in a way that is sustainable for me and where I know I will make a difference. I support a team of over 100 people and I have genuinely made my bestest friends in this business🥹

    I’ve had an amazing self development journey and I’m a true believer that ordinary people can create extraordinary lives. I have big future plans with this business including retiring my husband, full time travel and more. Take a leap of faith on yourself 🤍

  • Hey, I’m Allanah, I’m 20 and live in Oxfordshire. I’ve been building my online business for the past 11 months and now do this full time from home. When I first started, I was working full time in hospitality and was juggling content creation on the side. From the age of 15/16 I never had any idea what I wanted to do.   • Hi, I’m Tilly, I’m 19 and from South London. Last year, while working as cabin crew, I came across an opportunity that completely changed my life.   • I’m Lydia, a 30 year old stay at home mum to 3 boys! Prior to joining the business I worked within corporate tax, the finance industry. Yes the pay was great, but as a growing family I didn’t want to miss out on my boys childhood and seeked a future career in something I have always been so passionate about, TRAVEL!

    I joined the travel industry back in 2020 and later joined the Explorers team in 2024! Connecting with an incredible team of travel lovers within our team has given me a a new lease of life! Not as mum, but me! Being a mum is incredible and my first priority and with the business we’ve been able to travel more than ever. But it’s now more than just a side hustle I originally thought out to be. I’m so passionate about how working within the industry and this team specifically is CHANGING LIVES!

    It’s created the time freedom I always wanted for my children. But this is personal, I wanted to grow something for my future self and take time to graft now to enjoy the rest of my life, MY WAY!

    • With 3 boys and a husband in a very demanding job, I needed the flexibility of growing a business from home where tools such as ongoing training was available, and available for me when I had time around my busy life. The Explorers have created ongoing support and mindset training that has pushed me to successfully grow an ever growing team of my own!

    The dream… which will turn to reality with hard work and consistency is to retire my husband before he’s 40 and show my children there’s far more to life than the 9-5 society teach us!

  • I’m a Midlands girl, former elite gymnast and someone who’s always had a huge passion for travel even while juggling a pretty hectic life.

    I joined the travel business just over a year ago during one of the busiest times ever: studying a full-time Masters in Physiotherapy and working in the NHS. Three months before my one-way flight around the world, this opportunity landed in my lap at the perfect time.

  • Hey, I’m Lou and I’m 22 from the West Midlands. An ex estate agent of 3 years who had simply had enough of working for someone else. I’ve always known I needed to be my own boss because I hate being told what to do lol, I have always loved a holiday (annual leave has always been an issue) and I have a really expensive taste.   • We’re Chloe and Jack, a couple from London who’ve been travelling on and off since January 2023. What started as a “let’s go for a bit” trip quickly turned into a full lifestyle change, and somehow we’re still going.
